This seminar introduces the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet, a proven eating plan to help lower blood pressure. The presentation will also cover the basics of home blood pressure monitoring, including proper techniques and how to interpret readings

The seminar is intended for individuals with hypertension, pre-hypertension, or those at risk for high blood pressure, as well as their caregivers and family members.
