THE WEST COOK YMCA GIVES THANKS TO YOU

On behalf of our staff and Board of Directors thank you. Your loyalty and dedication enabled us to make an impact on your behalf, and now the West Cook YMCA will be here to respond to our community's continued needs during the pandemic.

For our members who would like to access our programming without accessing the facility, we are excited to announce newly curated digital content will be coming to you soon! The Virtual Y and a new YMCA mobile app are being released in the coming weeks, bringing the Y to you - any where, any time.

Here's what some of our members have said about our safety measures:

"We deeply appreciate and value the efforts the YMCA has made towards the safety of our family as well as the safety of everyone working there. We appreciate the clean bathrooms, regular cleaning of the equipment, and social distancing requirements put in place to protect us all. Thank you for your response to this pandemic and doing your part in making exercise as safe as possible."

-Joe F.

"I have been grateful for the consistency of the West Cook staff with safety precautions. The signage is helpful as well as the availability of sanitizing products for members. The comprehensive reopening plan continues to provide reassurance and connecting with staff enhances my visit."

-Jennifer B.

CONTINUE SUPPORTING THE Y

Your West Cook YMCA membership has always been about more than accessing the facility. Your membership is about making connections and building relationships. It's about ensuring that every person, no matter who they are or where they come from, can reach their full potential. Your membership is about making a contribution to a stronger community.

As the pandemic continues, our community still needs assistance. Your donation will allow us to increase our response to COVID-19 to help us build a better, stronger Y for future generations.

48TH ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TREE SALE

The holidays are approaching quickly, and we want to help you continue the tradition of picking the perfect Christmas tree for your home! The West Cook YMCA's 48th Annual Christmas Tree Sale begins on November 27th, featuring trees, wreaths, garland and our exclusive coffee, roasted in Chicago!

This year, members will have three different ways to shop: purchasing online with curbside pickup, reserving a private viewing of our tree lot, or visiting the open lot. We are offering multiple methods to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe while celebrating the holiday with us.

LEARN TO SWIM SAFELY

At the Y, swimming is a life skill. Our swim lessons prepare kids of all ages to stay safe and have fun in the water, building strong swimmers and confident kids. Sessions are four weeks long and we accept participants through-out the session.
