CARDIO EQUIPMENT IS INSTALLED

We are excited to announce that we are ahead of schedule with the new cardio equipment installation and will reopen the Wellness Center tomorrow morning, Thursday, November 18th at 6:00 am.

We will have staff available in the morning to answer any questions, please know that the Y staff cannot give workout or nutrition advice but we can assist you with how to best use the equipment.

Tablets will be available to check out for up to 90 minutes. You will need a driver's license to check out a tablet. They will be pre-loaded with apps including fitness, entertainment, games, and news. If you will check out a tablet, remember to bring headphones.
