TECH SUPPORT

Below are some solutions to address commonly requested tech support for the Y's registration (Daxko), Reservation (GroupEx Pro), Mobile App, and Virtual Y.

DAXKO: MEMBER ONLINE SERVICE SYSTEM

Through our member services account, you are able to join online as a member or non-member, register for a program, request a hold/termination, and update some account information including your password. You are also able to register for paid programs.

RESERVATION (GROUPEX PRO)

Our reservation system, Group Ex Pro is different than our Member System, Daxko. It requires a different login. All first time users will need to create a new account.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

  • click on "manage reservations"
  • Under login, click "register now"
  • Complete information to create your account

RESET PASSWORD IF YOU KNOW YOUR CURRENT PASSWORD

  • Under manage reservations, click on "my profile"
  • Click "Change my password"

RESET PASSWORD IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD

  • Click on "manage reservations"
  • Under login, click "forgot password"
  • Provide your email on the account
  • Follow directions in email to reset your password

MOBILE APP

The mobile app requires scanning the barcode of your Member ID. Please note that all new members need to wait 24-48 hours for the system to update to allow access. You can also login with your Member Online Services, Daxko, account. If you are still having issues, please email [email protected]

The Virtual Y uses the same login as our Member Services System, Daxko.
